Hello and welcome to the weekend! I am doing a quick drive by post to share another birthday card.  I created this card using sketch inspiration from Try a Sketch on Tuesday challenge #692.  The patterned pieces of paper came from a Crafters Square paper pack, and the other papers are mostly scraps, the sentiment die is one that I have had for a while, finished the card by adding some sequins! This bright and cheery card will probably be added to my stash until I need a card for a kid.

I haven't had much time to play this week but it's the weekend and I hope to at least get some playtime! Thank you for your visit, take care and hurry back again soon.

He is Risen

 Hello and Happy Resurrection Day! Doing a quick drive by post as I am wanted to get a quick walk in before heading to church this morning.  Today's card was created using patten papers from a DCWV paper pad, a CTMH stamp for the sentiment a Spellbinders Crosses 2 die set for the the cross, finished by adding a few gems and this card was done!

CIU #354 - Baby or Kids

 

Happy Friday and hello weekend! Today's card share was created for the Cut it Up challenge blog; the theme for challenge #354 is to create a baby or kid themed project. I created this Lego themed birthday card using a circle die, it would have been easier with a punch! The sentiment was cut with a Sizzix die set.

Stopping in today to share another card, that I created for one of my scrapping besties.  I used a mix of items that have been in my stash for a while including a cover plate (Bold Curves), some flowers cut with a Spellbinders die set, cut the sentiment using a scrapbook.com die set and finished by adding a few gems. It has some imperfections, need to figure out if the cover plate or the paper is the problem.
