Hello Monday, raining outside which hopefully will help the grass, flowers and some relief from the seasonal pollen.  I haven't shared much recently but I hope to get back into creating and sharing soon, the recent loss of my mother has had me in a different place.  I know that God has me covered and this season of mourning is not forever.  Today's card share is one that I created for a Crafty Dare challenge over on IG.  The  three dares were postage stamp (die), music themed (paper) and a pocket (die).  I like how it came out and will be sending it to someone soon; I used a Pink & Main stamp set for the sentiment and inside greeting.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes Monthly challenge over at A Cut Above and the Word Art Wednesday challenge for weeks #692 and #693.

Hello Friday, let the weekend begin!  For some reason I am really struggling with daylight savings time.  I'm doing a quick post to share a card that I created using sketch inspiration from Sketch N Scrap card sketch #261.  The pattern papers came from the Sparkleberry Ink 6x6 paper pad from Michaels.  The flower and sentiment came from a Pink and Main stamp and die set, finished by adding some Paper Studio gems.

CIU #261 - Rainbow

 

Hello Friday and welcome weekend, lots to do but depending on the weather I might just relax!  Today's project share is my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog, the theme for challenge #261 is Rainbow and the sponsor is Pink & Main.

For my card I decided to create a shaker and I feel like I stepped out of my comfort zone, seems like I have so much going on with this card.  I used the rainbow die set from our challenge sponsor along with an embossing folder from my stash and a stamped sentiment, I created a shaker pouch and added the rainbow to the acetate and used a circle die to cut the embossed layer.

CIU #250 - April Showers Bring May Flowers

 Oh hello Friday, Happy Earth Day! Today's project share is my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog.  The theme for challenge #250 is April Showers Bring May Flowers and the sponsor is Pink & Main.

I created this slimline card using sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts sketch challenge #469.  I used miscellaneous  papers from my stash, the Cherry Blossom stamp and die set from our challenge sponsor.  I colored the flowers with alcohol markers and added a little shimmer to the leaves.  The  stitched circles were cut using an unbranded die set,  finished the card by adding a few Crafter's Square gems.  I really like the stamp and die set so I'll be using it a lot!
