Happy Birthday

Today in honor of my DH's birthday I'm sharing one of the LOs that will be included in his accident recovery album. We are grateful for the progress made in this journey and thankful for the milestones. Although he'll never be 100% we still rejoice in all blessings. I'm also sharing one side of the altered CD that DD gave him.

Family Reunion

Hello and Happy Monday. I hope that everyone is well and survived hurricane "Irene" with little or no damage. Prayers that power will be restored soon!

I've been trying to update my blog for sometime now but life has just been taking a toll on me! Today I'm sharing one final two page LO from our reunion in June, I had alot of pictures but no one thought to take a group picture (maybe next time) so I just scrapped some random pictures. I'll probably just put the rest of the pictures in a photo album.

Odom Siblings

Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing a LO using pictures of my mom and her siblings. I guess I'm going for family themed LOs this month. Both of my parents have rather large families, my mother's parents had 12 children; six boys and six girls. All of my mother's siblings were in attendance with the exception of one sister that was unable to make it and one brother thats deceased. Odom is my mother's maiden name!

Sugar & Spice

Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing a LO of my DD and my youngest sister. I used a picture that was taken earlier this summer at a family gathering. I used a LO challenge sketch posted this week over at Platinum Scraps. The sketch comes from www.sketchythursdays.blogspot.com. If you need some inspiration for LOs and or cards you should visit their blogs. I used the cricut cartridge Once Upon a Princess for the title and paper from the All Dressed Up paper pack I won recently.

I did have a project to share today but I decided to take this opportunity to say Happy 50th Birthday to President Obama. I'll post my LO tomorrow instead.
