Hello Sunday

Hello Sunday and the start to a new week, first full week of Fall.  I'm up doing a quick drive by to share a card that I created using sketch inspiration from Sketch N Scrap card sketch #225.  This Fall themed card contains items from DCWV, Simple Stories, Recollections, cut the spider web using the Create-a-Critter cartridge and I think the wheel barrow is a Crafter's Companion die.  I shared this card for last week's @craftydares challenge where you were to use a spider web, a pumpkin and leaves. Another card done but I have to step up my LO game as I have just a few more days before this quarter ends!

Thank you for your visit, I hope you will return again soon.

CIU #261 - Rainbow

Hello Friday and welcome weekend, lots to do but depending on the weather I might just relax!  Today's project share is my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog, the theme for challenge #261 is Rainbow and the sponsor is Pink & Main.

For my card I decided to create a shaker and I feel like I stepped out of my comfort zone, seems like I have so much going on with this card.  I used the rainbow die set from our challenge sponsor along with an embossing folder from my stash and a stamped sentiment, I created a shaker pouch and added the rainbow to the acetate and used a circle die to cut the embossed layer.

Now that you’ve seen my project I hope you will head over to the Cut it Up challenge blog for more inspiration. Create and share your project using a rainbow for a chance to win some crafting goodness from Pink and Main. The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at noon EST.

Thank you for your visit, wishing you and yours a wonderful weekend.

First Day of Fall

Hello and happy Thursday, the first day of Fall!  I'm  doing a quick drive by post to share another card.  I used sketch inspiration from Stick it Down September Card Sketch.  I used some misc. papers from my stash, I think the pattern papers are from an old Stampin' Up paper share, as it was all that I had left.  I cut the little koala bear using the Create-a-Critter Cricut cartridge and used a Woodware stamp set for the sentiment.  Another card done and ready to go when I need one!

Thank you for your visit, I hope you return soon; tomorrow I will be sharing my design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog.

Hello Fall

Happy Sunday, stopping in to do a quick drive by post as I have some chores I need to complete.  Today's card share is one created using sketch inspiration from a Mojo Monday sketch, papers from DCWV Autumn Stroll 6x6 paper stack, an Art Impressions stamp that I colored with alcohol markers, used a Simple Stories stamp for the sentiment and finished it by adding a few Gina Marie enamel dots. I cut  the circles using circle and stitched circle dies.   I am sharing this card for the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge #179, first column (Fall, plaid and die cutting).

Thank you for your visit, hurry back soon!

You Are a Treat

Hello and happy Saturday evening, doing a quick drive by post to share another card.   Created this card using sketch  inspiration from Try Stampin’ on Tuesday sketch #572, a piece of pattern paper from Pebbles Girl Squad 6x6 paper pad which finished this pad with the exception of a few cut aparts. I cut the ice cream cone using a Sizzix die and the oval, using a Spellbinders die, the sentiment is a Studio 29 Designs stamp and the enamel dots are from Pink & Main.

Thank you for your visit, continue to be safe and hurry back soon.

Happy Birthday

Hello and happy Tuesday, today I am sharing two birthday to one of my nephew's he turns 21 today.  I finished this card on Sunday but have yet to put it in the mail; shame on me.  I am not a colorist but I did pull out some of my alcohol markers to color the image, which is a Unity stamp, I stenciled the circles with some distress inks.  I heat embossed the sentiment which is a Cardz TV stamp.

Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll return again soon.

CIU #260 - So Proud of You

Wow, where does the time, it's not that I haven't been creating but sharing on my blog seem to have fallen behind.  Today I am sharing my design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog.  The theme for challenge #260 is So Proud of You and the sponsor is The Cutting Cafe.

Using the SVG card file from our sponsor I cut the card and layers using my Silhouette Cameo.  I used random sheets of papers from my stash, some Prma flowers and a micron pen for some faux stitching and this card was done!  I struggled with getting a good picture, it is cloudy outside not sure if you can see the sentiment - on a job well done!

Now that you've seen my project I hope you will head over to the Cut it Up challenge blog for more design team inspiration, create and share your So Proud of You project using a die.  The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 12 noon EST.

Thank you for your visit, have a wonderful weekend!
