Happy Father’s Day

Hello Sunday night, I meant to share this.card earlier today but time got away from me.  This is a slim card that I made after watching several YT videos.   I used kraft and black paper, a Richard Garry stamp and die set, a Hero Arts stamp for the sentiment and some Recollections gems.  The watches were heat embossed.  This is the card my daughter chose to give to her father.  I am sharing this card for challenge #138 - Masculine over at Crafty Friends.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you will return soon.

Fun Fold - Easy Buckle Card

Hello and happy foggy Sunday morning, doing a quick drive by post as I have another post to get done.  This card is another one created as part of an online craft group, it is a buckle card, I missed the meet up so I watched this The Stampin Chic video with a few of my own adjustments since I didn’t have a label punch.  I used papers from the My Mind’s Eye Cozy Christmas paper pad, a Stampin Up stamp for the sentiment, oval and rectangle stitched dies. The inside sentiment is from a Recollections stamp set.  As with other first time projects there is room for improvements so stay tuned for the next buckle card.

Thank you for your visit, continue to stay safe as you begin a new week.

Split Front Card

Hello and happy cloudy rainy Monday evening, I have been trying to get this post done since yesterday morning.  Today I am sharing another card technique that I tried over the weekend, it is called a split front card.  The card came together quite nicely once I got over the initial frustration and got some additional guidance from one of my crafting besties!  The pattern paper is from the Echo Park Have Faith paper pad,  used a Cuttlebug embossing folder, a Bo Bunny stamp for the sentiment and misc. embellishments from my stash, I even tried to create a cluster.

Thank you for your visit, hurry back soon!
