Hello and happy rainy, welcome weekend. Today's card share is my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog. The theme for challenge 317 is Favorite Color(s) and one of my favorite colors is purple. I wanted to use purple and red but it didn't come together so I chose purple even though in certain light it looks blue.
When putting my card together I used sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts challenge #603 and a 41/2 x 61/2 card size. I cut the cone flowers using papers from the DCWV 6x6 mat stack and the buffalo plaid layer came from a My Favorite Things 6x6 paper pad. Finished by adding a stamped sentiment and a few gems and this card was done!
I hope you will visit the Cut it Up challenge blog for more inspiration; create and share your own project using your favorite color(s). The challenge stats today and ends Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at noon PST.
Thank you for your visit, take care and hurry back soon.
