Using Vinyl w/the Cricut

Today I'm sharing a vinyl project that I finished a few days ago. The girl scouts are going to Washington, DC this weekend as part of their 100th anniversary so my daughter wanted a water bottle to take along with her. Funny how she wanted it for her trip this weekend but she has been carrying it to school for the past few days. I had a hard time photographing it but I did want to share it since she's so proud of it. It has her name on it (of course) and two butterflies and a ladybug(her pet peeve name from her father). I used the pooh font cartridge for her name, doodlecharms for the ladybug and wall decor and more for the butterflies.

Seminar Group

Today I'm sharing the second LO using pictures from the Aikido training seminar where our daughter was a participant. The sketch used was from the Sketch Inspiration site. I didn't include a title because it is placed in the book as part of the other LO using pictures during the seminar. One picture was suppose to be serious and the other picture of them goofing off. My daughter didn't change her expression from one picture to the other. Some of the kids were cut out because they move so fast when the seminar is over its hard for all the parents are trying to take picture! I cut (2) stars from the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge and the other one from the Wall Decor & More Cartridge.

Aikido Training

Hello Thursday, the weekend is almost here. Its a holiday weekend so there's alot going on but I'm hoping to get some scrappin' done despite everything else that's going on. Today I'm sharing another LO that I completed using a sketch from the Anytime, Anywhere Scrapbook Experience being hosted by Tiare on iClassygirl. The LO uses pictures from an Aikido seminar that our daughter attended recently. The butterfly was cut from Wall Decor and More cartridge. Tomorrow I'll share another LO using the group pictures!
