Shine Bright

Hello and happy Sunday, warm and  humid in our area today.  Today's project share is another LO created for my daughter's high school album.  I used some of the pictures taken during one of our photo shoots at the museum and in the park.  I cut the sentiment from a sheet of 12x12 that was gifted to me by another scrapper, added a few miscellaneous embellishments and this LO was done with the exception of the journaling.

Sugar Factory

Hello sunny Saturday, busy week and weekend so I haven't had a lot of time to play!  Today's project share is another 18th Birthday celebration LO.  Baby Girl decided she wanted to go to the Sugar Factory for her birthday so we took her and one of her friends to the one at the Penatgon City Mall in Arlington.  She had a blast which is all that matters since it was a milestone birthday.  I used papers from the DCWV Teenage Dream Paper stack, cut the candy using the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge and the gumball machine using the Spellbinders D-Lite Die.  Another memory documented with many more to be done!

Thank you for your visit, I hope you'll return soon.

Graduation

Hello and happy Tuesday, one week and one day since Baby Girl graduated high school!  Today's card share is one of the cards that I made for her using sketch inspiration from Sketch N Scrap card sketch #147.  The congrats confetti came in some packaging from one of our orders and she told me that I should use it in a card, so I made her a shaker card.  I only had to add a few things to the confetti mix, used the Darice die set for the cutouts, craft foam, acetate and a Stampendous stamp for the sentiment.

Party Time

Hello and happy cloudy Saturday.  I have been trying to post all week but as life would have it I just have had the time or energy.  Today's project is one of  one of the LOs created for Baby Girl's 18th Birthday.  I used pictures taken on her actual birthday as we celebrated with cake and ice cream at my MIL's.  I put this LO together using some random papers and embellishments and the LO was done.  I used the Cricut Craete a Criter cartridge for the balloons and Birthday Bash for the ice cream.  I am sharing this LO for the Anything Goes challenge #91 over at Cardz TV.

Thank you for your visit, hope you'll return soon!

Classmates

Hello and happy sunny Tuesday!  Six days and counting; it's all about Baby Girl so today I'm sharing another LO that I put together for her album. This was fairly easy since I used a base sheet from the DCWV High School stack I only added a class picture, some lettering, a punch for the pennant/flags and the year.  I needed to add a splash of color so I pulled some blue glitter paper from my scrap stash and it was done.  The picture was taken during the senior class spirit week where they took a photo and the front steps of the school.  I used the cricut cartridge Nate's ABCs for the lettering and numbers.

Take care and have a terrific Tuesday.

Graduation Cap

Hello and happy cloudy Sunday, gearing up for a very busy week.  We are eight days away from Baby Girl's high school graduation.  Today's project share showcases how we altered her cap, happy this project is done because I need to move on!  I used a foil base, Recollections flowers, vinyl for the lettering and TH gears. We used the gears to symbolize her major which is engineering.  I'm sharing this project for the June Anything Goes challenge #35 over at the  Love to Craft challenge blog.

Thank you for your visits, hurry back!
