Hello and happy Friday, more seasonal temps in the forecast.  Today I'm sharing another super simple 8 1/2 x 11 LO using a picture taken when DD met her college roommate at a first year send off event hosted by the parent relations group.  I used a piece of  purple Bazzill card stock for the base,  pattern papers from the Amy Tangerine Sunshine & Good Times 6x6 paper pad, a Momenta sticker  and some Recollections planner stickers for the title.  Added a few misc. embellishments from my stash and this LO was done!  Sharing this LO for the Anything Goes Challenge #97 over at Cardz TV.

Dorm Wall Decor

Hello and happy cool Monday morning, warmer temps in the forecast later in the afternoon.  Today I am sharing a project that I finished over the weekend for my daughter's dorm room.  I should have done this before she left but we had so much going on that I didn't have much time to create.  One of my friends posted about some adhesive that she picked up on clearance at HL so I decided I needed to take a trip to HL; I didn't get any adhesive at the first store but I did find some the next day at another HL.   I didn't leave the first store empty handed, I picked up almost all of the supplies that I needed to complete this project with the exception of the paint and the flowers!  I'm sharing this over at the Anything Goes Challenge #37 over at Love to Craft challenge blog and #96 over at Cardz TV.

Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful week.

Decision Day

Hello and happy Tuesday, wow it has been a little over a week since my last post.  I started this post yesterday but for some reason I didn't publish it.  I had been extremely busy preparing for Baby Girl's departure and now I will be busy trying to get the house in order before she comes back for a visit!  Today I am sharing another LO for her high school album, when she announced which school she would attend.  My brother-in-law went to JMU so he was happy about her choice and came bearing gifts.  I used mostly scraps of paper, stickers, my Cameo to cut the paw prints and the Cricut Locker Talk cartridge for the pennant. Fast forward to Sunday, I am sharing a picture of the sign that I made for out trip to James Madison University to drop her off!

Thank you for your visit, wishing you and yours a great week.  I hope that I will adjust to my new norm quickly and that I am able to finish my daughter's high school album by family weekend!

Thinking of You

Hello and happy Thursday, heat and the possibility of more rain in today's forecast.  I am back today with another drive by post with a card requested by my daughter when she came in last night.  She wanted a card for a male co-worker who is mourning the loss of a friend.  I used sketch inspiration from the Stick it Down August card sketch.  The pattern paper is from the DCWV Natural 12x12 paper stack, used a MS butterfly punch and a Love Nicole die for the sentiment.  I still struggle when it comes to making cards for males.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you'll return tomorrow as I will be sharing my latest design team project.  Take care.

Fun Fold Card

Hello and happy Wednesday, I am doing a quick drive by post as I should be getting dressed for week.  Yesterday another one of my scrappin' besties Danita shared a double easel fold card so I decided to give it a try when I got home last night. You should visit her blog and watch the  YouTube video that we used for inspiration.  Our graduation season is almost over, this card is going postal to Ohio and we have just one more trunk party next week before Baby Girl leaves.  The pattern paper is from The Paper Studio and the cap is. a Jolee sticker, because the paper is so busy. I decided not to add any additional embellishments, the inside includes a personal note and gift card.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #95 over at Cardz TV.

Thank you for your visit hurry back soon!
