When putting my card together I used pattern papers from the Brushy Floral 6x6 paper pad by the Paper Studio.  I also used unbranded stitched rectangle dies to cut some of the layers, cut the word happy using a Sizzix die set and stamped the word birthday using a Woodware Stamp set.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #496 over at Use Your Stuff.

Now that you've seen my project I hope you will visit the Cut it Up challenge blog for inspiration.  Create and share your Layer it Up project using a die.

Thank you for your visit, take care and have a wonderfully weekend.  Don't forget to fall back if you live in a state where you have to change your clocks!  Hurry back soon.

Boo

Hello Saturday, I'm back today sharing another greeting card; I think I need to take some time this weekend and get some cards ready to go postal.  Today's card share was created for the #craftydares challenge over on IG hosted y @tellhimthanku.  The dares for this week were: leaves, a face and a vegetable/fruit.  So I pulled out a very old I think Recollections stamp and die set and put this Boo! card together!  I am sharing this card for the Shopping Our Stash #507 - Halloween  and Use Your Stuff #495 - Autumn Mood Board.

Wednesday Wanderings

Hello and happy Wednesday,  just stopping by to share a card that I recently created.  I have been trying to use some of the items that have been sitting unused for some time.  Last week two of my co-workers assisted me with a task so I made them a thank you card.  For this card I used the Spellbinder's Post Box die set, random paper scraps,  a Cricut cartridge to cut the sentiment; I think it came from the CTMH Artiste cartridge.  I really like how this card came out so I will be using that die again for a holiday card!  I am sharing this card for the challenge #489 (three item cluster)  over at Use Your Stuff,  My cluster of items are nested in the lid of the post box.  I am also sharing it over at Shopping Our Stash for their challenge #501 (no stamping allowed).

Thank you so much for your visit, take care and hurry back soon!

Happy Birthday Sharon

Hello and happy Tuesday morning and Happy Birthday to one of my crafting BFFs!  I created her card using sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts challenge #529 and yes it is going to be late.  I had originally plan to attend a celebration for her this evening but as life would have it I can't.  The pattern paper came from the My Mind's Eye On the Bright Side 6x6 paper pad and all other papers came from my scrap stash.  I used a Sizzix die to cut the flowers, a KS Crafts stamp for the sentiment, added a few diamond dotz and this card was done!  I am also sharing this card for the flower challenge #486 over at Use Your Stuff.

Thank  you for your visit, stay safe and hurry back again soon!

Birthday Greetings

Hello and happy Tuesday, today cloudy skies and rain in today's forecast in our area.  Today's project share is a birthday card using sketch inspiration
Try Stampin' on Tuesday challenge #606. On Saturday,   I went to a crop with a local group of scrappers and this was the "make and take" that we were given; I decided to take mine home as I was working on something else and I also decided to alter mine a little.  I wanted to use the sneaker die that I had recently received.  I am still trying to figure out the laces, it will always be a work in progress.  We were  given the card base, doily, sentiments and a stamped image to color (I will use it later).  I just used some pattern papers from the DCWV Indian Summer paper stack and a few diamond dotz.  I am also sharing this card for the Use Your Stuff challenge #484 - Use a Technique, I inked the edges and used a multi-layer diecut.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you will return soon.

Happy Birthday Wishes

Hello and happy Friday evening, back for my second post of the day to share is another signature clean and simple card. Although I am on a roll with birthday cards I will need to work on a LO soon for a challenge. Everything used on this card was gifted to me from other crafty friends with the exception of the card base and oxide ink used for the stenciled background area. This is my first time using distress oxide ink, I picked up a few colors when Js was having a clearance sale.  The only piece of paper used was a scrap piece of $Tree foil which I added to some foam adhesive before running the die through my Cuttlebug. I finished the card by adding a few gems, so another card is done and ready to go postal. I am sharing this card for the something new challenge #196 over at Always Fun and the all about new challenge #413 over at Use Your Stuff.

Thank you for your visit, continue to be safe as you enjoy your weekend and hurry back!
