Hello and happy Wednesday; cloudy and rain in today's forecast. I'm stopping in for a quick post as I haven't shared in a bit, it's not that I haven't been playing but I have been working on a project that I will post tomorrow along with some other Cut it Up challenge blog design team members. Today I am sharing a card that I created using a Julie Nutting doll, I have several dolls and rarely use them. I created this card for a challenge hosted on the Scraps of Color FB group earlier this month, not sure why I never shared it. I colored the doll using color pencils, stamped the sentiment on vellum and used a MS punch for the butterflies. I'm sharing this card for the anything goes challenge #137 over at Cardz TV.

CIU #222 - Spring
Hello, happy Friday; let the weekend begin. Today's project share is my design team card created for the Cut it Up challenge blog. The theme for challenge #222 is Spring (use flowers and or butterflies) ; the challenge sponsor is Lawn Fawn and they are offering a $25 gift certificate.
This super cute card was created using sketch inspiration from Sketch N Scrap card #190. I used paper from the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss 6x6 paper pad, a Cottage Cutz butterfly die and the Stampabilities Phrases stamp set for the sentiment. This clean and simple card came together quite nicely and I'll be using this sketch again soon.
Please visit the Cut it Up challenge blog for more Spring inspiration, create and share your project using a die. The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at noon EST.
Thank you for your visit, stay safe and enjoy your weekend.

Woven Background
Hello Monday, third day of Spring looking forward to milder temps. Today’s card share is another card created after watching one of Natasha’s YT videos. This was my second attempt at trying this particular background, I still feel like there’s room for improvement. I used two different colors of oxide inks and some blooms from a My Creative Time water brush blooms stamp set, cut the strips and then wove the strips to create the background. I cut the sunflower using the Cricut Walk in my Garden cartridge after getting frustrated with a stamp and die set. Added a stamped sentiment and this card was done and will be going postal soon! I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #136 over at Cardz TV.
Thank you for your visit, hurry back soon.

Wednesday Musings
Hello and happy Wednesday, more cool temps and rain in today’s forecast. I am doing a quick drive by post as I should be getting ready for work. Today’s card was created using sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts challenge #412 and papers from American Crafts Damask Love Girl Power pad. I used an unbranded bow die, a gem and sentiment stamp that has been in my stash for quite sometime. The paper pad was recently purchased during one of Peachy Cheaps daily specials, I have mixed feelings about the kit not sure how much of it I will use.
Thank you for your visit, stay safe and hurry back soon.

Women's History Month
Hello and happy sunny Tuesday, I meant to share yesterday but as life would have it I didn't. Today's project share is another 8.5 x 11 LO created for my daughter's album. I created the LO as part of the monthly scrappy telephone challenge it uses a selfie picture taken of me and my daughter last December. The base of the LO is grey, it looks like it has hint of blue, I used a Momenta LO kit contents, a Crafter’s Companion die for the flower, Sizzix dies for the tag and letters. I finished the LO by adding some enamel dots, I hope that I am able to complete at least one more LO by the end of the month; crafting is my therapy.
