Mother's Day

 Hello and happy Saturday, another week has gone by and my to do list has lots of un-checked items.  Today's card share is one that I put together using sketch inspiration from the card maps, papers from the Simple Stories Faith 12x12 paper pad, some circle dies, a Recollections heart sticker, stamped sentiment and faux stitching using a Bo Bunny stamp.  I am sharing this card for the Shopping our Stash challenge #469 - What a Difference You've Made in my Life.

Thinking of You

 Hello and happy Sunday, the start of a new week!  I was able to get a little crafting done yesterday so I am sharing one of the cards that I put together yesterday using sketch inspiration from Shopping Our Stash challenge #468.  Papers from DCWV, a Stampin’ Up stamp, circle dies and a few scattered gems. I colored the bird using a alcohol marker and glittery pens.  Another card done and ready to go postal.

CIU #250 - April Showers Bring May Flowers

 Oh hello Friday, Happy Earth Day! Today's project share is my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog.  The theme for challenge #250 is April Showers Bring May Flowers and the sponsor is Pink & Main.

I created this slimline card using sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts sketch challenge #469.  I used miscellaneous  papers from my stash, the Cherry Blossom stamp and die set from our challenge sponsor.  I colored the flowers with alcohol markers and added a little shimmer to the leaves.  The  stitched circles were cut using an unbranded die set,  finished the card by adding a few Crafter's Square gems.  I really like the stamp and die set so I'll be using it a lot!

Hello and happy Wednesday,  I should be getting ready for bed but I wanted to share this card.  I meant to share it yesterday but I never got around to doing it.  I created this card using sketch inspiration from Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge #653, papers from several DCWV paper pads, a heart embossing folder some Recollections enamel hearts and a stamp for the sentiment.  I have mixed feelings about how the card came out but I still plan to send it.

 Greetings and well wishes on this wonderful Resurrection Day.  I'm doing a quick drive by post to share  my last Easter card for this year.  I used sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts sketch #468, more papers from the Echo Park Hello Easter 6x6 paper pad, a stitched circle die, a few gems and a Fun Stampers Journey stamp for the sentiment.  I didn't send very many cards out this year, hoping to do better for Mother's Day.

Hello and happy Good Friday, a holiday weekend and maybe vacation time for some.  Today's weather calls for sunshine after last night's rain and possibly rain tomorrow morning.  I am suppose to join the local GirlTrek group for a walk in the morning.  I'm doing a quick drive by post to share a birthday card that I created.  Sketch inspiration for the card came from Sketch N Scrap card sketch #215,used  papers from the Dear Lizzy She's Magic 12x12 paper pad, a stamped sentiment, We R Memory keepers banner die set, a Bo Bunny flower sticker and a few gems and this card was done!

Hello and happy Tuesday, so happy to finally be able to share; life has been really hectic which means my playtime was put on hold.  Today I am doing a quick drive by post to share an Easter card created using sketch inspiration from Try Stampin on Tuesday challenge #550.

I used a digital stamp from DRS Designs that I colored with alcohol markers, papers from the Echo Park Hello  Easter 6x6 paper pad, some DCWV paper, and a Sizzix Framelit die for the tag.  The sentiment is a Fun Stampers Journey stamp and the the gems are the from the Creative Imaginations,; using stuff that has been in my stash for a long time.
