Hello Tuesday

It has been a while since I posted so I rushed to finish this card this morning, not sure if I like it or not but it has gone postal to someone celebrating their birthday tomorrow.  Another signature simple birthday card using provocraft solid and pattern paper, I cut the balloons with my cameo and the other tag and file tabs with my slice!

I'm sharing this card for two challenges, sketch #273 over at Clean & Simple Stamping and #130 Anything but Holiday over at Hiding in my Craft Room.
