Be Unique

Hello and happy Wednesday, hot and humid with a forecast for a thunderstorm later.  I've been busy trying to catch up with DH since he was in Texas for two weeks.  Today's project share is a card that I put together using the June card sketch from Stick it Down.  The pattern paper came from the Bo Bunny Modern Miss 6x6 paper pad, the sentiment and eyeglasses are from the Lawn Fawn Clear to See set; added a few Simple Stories enamel dots and this card was done!  I'm also sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #52 over at Cardz TV.  Take care and have a wonderful Wednesday.

Father's Day

Hello and happy Sunday,  it's going to be hot today; baby girl and I are taking a little road trip.  We are going to see my parents and hopefully we will make it in time for church.  Today I am sharing a tile that I did after watching a video from Gift Basket Appeal , I really enjoy watching her YT videos.   I created the card using a Unity stamp (baby girl did the coloring),  and more paper from the Bella Blvd paper pad.  The card and tile both were created as part of the FNCC on Scraps of Color. Take care, enjoy your day and come back again soon.

Hello and happy Saturday, another hot day in our area!  I have lots to do today but I am feeling tired so it may not happen, DH returns from Texas tonight.  I got so caught up in Father's Day cards that  I almost forgot about graduations.  One of my co-workers requested a card for my manager's daughter so I am sharing the card that I made for her using her school's colors.  I used sketch inspiration from #123 over at  Sketch N Scrap, more papers from my scrap stash; the pattern piece came from the DCWV Teenage Dream Stack.  Additionally I used a few sequins, a cut from the Locker Talk Cricut cartridge and a Studio G stamp.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenges over at PDE Linky (#24) and Cardz TV (#52).   Thank you for your visit, enjoy your weekend.

Cut it Up

Hello and happy Friday, more seasonal temps in our area today.

I am happy to share my first ever design team project for the Cut it Up Challenge Blog.  The theme for this week's challenge #150  is Anything But a Card and the sponsor for this challenge is Ink on 3.

For my project I used their one piece box 3D SVG Kit, the kit included everything that I needed to put the box together.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the box,  the kit included the bow and side panels.  I used paper from the Colorbok Off the Grid paper pad, cut the speech bubbles using the Artiste cricut cartridge, and miscellaneous stamps from my stash  for the panels.   I am going to use the box to give my daughter another charm for her Pandora bracelet.

Now that you're seen my project, you should head on over the the  Cut it Up blog to see what the other designers created, participate in the challenge for an opportunity to win a prize from Ink on 3.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

#1 DAD

Hello and happy Thursday,  warm temps in the forecast for our area today. Just a few days before Father's Day and I have another card that I put together. I was watching one of May May's videos and since I didn't have the punch size that she used I created a totally different card.  I used paper from my scrap stash, a circle punch, a circle die for the matting, a cuttlebug folder, a Hero Arts stamp set for the tools and the Create a Critter 2 Cricut cartridge for the sentiment.  I even did a little coloring!  I am sharing this card for the Die Cuttin' Divas challenge #373 - Father's Day or Masculine, the Super Scraps Saturday challenge #356 over at Hiding in my Craft Room and the Father's Day challenge over at Bitten by the Bug2.

Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll return tomorrow for my very first design team announcement and project!  Wishing you and yours a teriffic Thursday.

Best Wishes

Hello and happy Monday, early morning mild temps and no rain in today's forecast.  I am so over all of this rain!  Today I'm sharing another project using some of the scraps that I pulled from my stash while organizing.  I' think the pattern papers may have come from a pack that I picked up in TM so I may have more full sheets in my stash too.  Sketch inspiration for this card came from Craft With Te, I always watch her videos but this is the first time I actually used one of the sketches that she shared.  If you are looking for inspiration, tutorials and or sketches you should visit her YT channel.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll come back soon.

Enjoy Your Day

I am back again today with another card, as the clock is about to strike midnight so this probably won't post until tomorrow.  I need to stay up because I need to take DH to the airport in a few hours!  I used more scraps that had been buried in my stash, sketch inspiration from Clean & Simple Stamping,  Fall to Layout #72.  I picked up the Stampendous stamp from HL during their clearance sale and the flower came from a pack of Pebbles dimensional stickers that I picked up from TM last month.  I'm sharing this card for the Always Happy Birthday monthly challenge for June.  Take care and come again soon.

Saturday Musings

Hello and happy Saturday, the day started off hot and humid but it is now storming in our area.  Last month we broke records in relation to rainfall, sure hope it won't continue this month.  Today's card is one that I created using sketch inspiration from  Atlantic Hearts  sketch challenge #266 and more paper scraps from my stash.    I am about to start a new challenge venture so I need to be done with organizing my scraps.  The paper is from the DCWV  Indian Summer Fall stack, the wreath is a Memory Box die and the gems are from Queen & Co.  Thank  you for your visit and I hope you will return soon.

Hello and happy Friday, sunny skies right now but may rain again this evening.  It's the weekend and I'm hoping to get some more organizing done.  I'm doing a driveby post today as I meant to share this LO yesterday but as life would have it I didn't.  This LO is actually a redo of one that I worked on at crop that I attended last month, I just need to add the journaling.  The LO uses pictures taken last August at a family gathering hosted by my mom, glad I documented this one as I'm not sure how many more events we'll have like this one.  Everything used has been in my stash for a while, I cut the tree using the April Showers cricut cartridge.  I'm sharing this LO for the Anything Goes Challenge #371 over at Die Cuttin' Divas and the Anything Goes Challenge #50 over at Cardz TV. Take care and have a wonderful weekend.
