Baptism

Hello and happy Sunday, I am doing a quick drive by post as I tried to post before church but ran out of time since Baby Girl had to be there early since she had to usher today.  Today I am sharing her baptism LO which has been siting unfinished for some time!  I cut the Bible and title using my SLICE, used a strip of  DT washi,  a Verve stamp for the Bible verse, added a few gems and the LO was finally complete.  So happy to have this blessed event finally documented.  I can't believe this is only my 4th LO for the year and it is almost June.  I am sharing this LO for the Anything Goes challenge #90 over at Cardz TV.

Congrats

Hello and happy sunny Thursday, it is going to be warm today.  I won't be spending too much time outside.  Today I am doing a quick drive by post to share one of the graduation cards that I made as I am running out of time since June will be here soon.  The pattern paper is from Paper Studio, picked it up a few weeks ago when they had single sheets of pattern paper on sale.  The Polaroid was cut using an unbranded die, stamped the sentiment and added a few stickers and this card was done!

Thank you for your visit, hope you'll return soon!

Saturday Musings

Hello Saturday, more warm temps in our area today after a loud hunder and rain storm last night.  My plans for today include chores, errands and working on more LOs.  Today's card share is one created with sketch inspiration from Try Stampin' on Tuesday challenge #407.  The papers came from my scrap stash so I'm not sure but I think the pattern piece might be My Mind's Eye, used  unbranded dies for the stitched circles, a Stampendous stamp for the sentiment and a MS butterfly punch.

Thank you for your visit, hope you are enjoying your weekend,

Hello and happy sunny Friday, let the weekend begin!  Today I am sharing my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog, our theme for challenge #174  is Picnics and our sponsor is A Day for Daisies.

Senior

Hello and happy Tuesday, cloudy/rain and cooler temps in our area today.  I'm doing a drive by post to share my latest LO which I completed at Saturday's crop.  I am so far behind that I doubt I'll have my daughter's book done by the end of the summer!  Today's LO is super simple and it uses one of the pictures taken during a photo session for some of her senior portraits.  The base pattern paper came from the DCWV Teenage Dream 12x12 paper stack, and the title was cut using my Silhouette Cameo.  I used stickers, a doily, die cuts and a torn sheet from an old book as embellishments.  I am sharing this LO for the anything goes challenge #89 over at Cardz TV.

Thank you for your visit, hope you'll visit again soon!

Especially for You

Hello, happy Sunday and Happy Mother's Day!  I spent some time yesterday playing with the RVA Scrappers celebrating NSD and I completed all the make and takes and the card that I am sharing.  I used mostly scraps of paper, the Sizzix rain boot die and a Me & My Big Ideas sticker for the sentiment.  The rain boot is one of the dies that I was enabled to buy after seeing a YT haul video and one that I like alot so I will be using it again soon.  I am sharing this for the May Flower challenge #395 over at  Shopping Our Stash.

Teacher Appreciation

Hello and happy Friday, mild temps in the forecast for our area today.  It's Friday and I'm here to share a last minute card that I had to mass produce for my daughter.  She is in her last year of high school and for some reason decided that she wanted to do something for her teachers so I made a this card after looking on the internet for quick and simple ideas!  I literally took the picture as we were trying to get out the door after she asked me to write the note on the inside of the cards so it looks a little blurred.  I used a Darice embossing folder, the pencil is a cut from the Nate's ABCs Cricut cartridge and the sentiment is from the Cricut Sampler cartridge.  I thought about adding some stars but since I had to put these together without any help from my daughter I kept it simple!  This week we have recognized; police, nurses and teachers and we are thankful for the important work that they do!  I'm sharing this card for the anything goes challenge #89 over at Cardz TV.

Thank you for your visit, wishing you a wonderful weekend as most will celebrate mothers and college graduates.

Wednesday Wanderings

Hello and happy Wednesday, warm temps in our area today.  I have been so busy that I haven't had time to share, but I wanted to stop in today to share a little update on some things that I have been working on, I have so many pictures that I need to scrap but I just haven't had the time and I'm not sure when I will have the time!  Today I am sharing a little picture collage of what happened today,  this morning our daughter presented her senior thesis and it was also decision day for the seniors. Monday night I had to make sure she had stuff to decorate her locker (pictured)  and last night/this morning I made a photo booth and props for their decision day pictures.  We have just forty more days until graduation!

Thank you for your visit, please come again soon.
