Destination Adventure

Hello and happy Tuesday, seasonal temps this morning with a little warm up and sunshine later in our area today.  Today's card share uses more paper from the Shimelle paper pad used recently.  I used sketch inspiration from sketch #131 from Fab Friday, the Spellbinders World View die, some enamel dots and a cut apart from the paper pad for the sentiment.   I even used some wink of  stella, can you see it?  I am sharing this card for challenge #47 - Travel over at Always Fun  Challenges.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you will come back soon.

Saturday Musings

Hello and happy Saturday, during a quick driveby post as I never did get to share yesterday.  Nice temps outside but my schedule is jam packed, I have been out of the office for the past two days so I'm in my office trying to do a little catch up while I wait on Baby Girl.  Today I am sharing a card that I put together for a online crop hosted on FB by Sketch N Scrap.  I used pattern paper from the Shimelle True Stories 6x6 paper pad, a Brenda Walton Sizzix Thinlit die for the balloons, a Cardz TV stamp for the sentiment and a few pearls as embellishments.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes Challenge #36 over at Cardz TV.  Take care and enjoy your weekend.

Smile

Hello and happy Tuesday, it rained most of the day yesterday so we're looking forward to little to no rain today and warmer temps.  Please continue to pray for our children and their safety.  Today's project is a LO using my daughter's school pictures taken last Fall, we seem to have lost her pictures from last school year; sure hope I find them before she graduates next year!  I used sketch #147 from Sketch N Scrap, the pattern paper came from the DCWV Homeroom paper pad,  I cut the title using the Going Places Cricut cartridge added  a few  embellishments and this LO was done!  I'm sharing this LO for challenge #300 - Twinkle, Twinkle over at Use Your Stuff, I added some glimmer mist to the title, used gold paper to mat the picture and some gold sequins.  Thank you for your visit and hope you'll return soon.

Happy Birthday Jaida

Hello and happy Sunday, I am doing a quick driveby post as I need to get ready for church.  I had a very lazy day yesterday so that means today I really have to step up my game.  Today I am sharing a birthday card that I created for a family member, my daughter traveled with other family members to the Poconos to celebrate Jaida's 16th birthday.  Sketch inspiration came from sketch #115 from Sketch N Scrap, paper from Doodlebug Take Note paper pad some unbranded dies and a birthday stamp that I picked up from HL on clearance recently.  I am sharing this card for the February challenge over at Always Happy Birthday and the Anything Goes Challenge #34 over at Cardz TV.  Thank you for your visit, wishing you and yours a wonderful week.

Always Have Faith

Hello and happy Friday, I meant to share yesterday but as life would have it I didn't get it done.  So much going on right now, just can't seem to catch up or keep up with everything.  Yesterday's weather was good and today started out good but rain is in the forecast for the ride home so I may go home and get into bed after I pick up the Girl Scout cookies.  Today I am sharing a card that I created for the FB card angel group using misc. paper scraps and the Spellbinders typewriter die gifted to me by Felisa from The Scrapin Diva.  I even pulled out my We R Memory Keepers Sew Stamper and a stamp set that I hadn't used before for the sentiment.  I am sharing this card for Challenge #19 - February Anything Goes over at LTCCB  and the Anything Goes Challenge #35 over at Cardz TV.  Take care and have a wonderful weekend.

Fat Tuesday

Hello and happy Tuesday, I'm stopping in today to do a quick driveby post.  I have way too much going on right now and can't focus on my crafting.  Today's card is one that I created for a challenge over at Scraps of Color, the challenge was to create a masculine themed project.  I used more paper from the Time Machine paper pad, I cut the bicyle using the Going Places Cricut cartridge and the sentiment and word bubble is part of a Sizzix stamp/die set.  I'm sharing this card for the Anything Goes Challenge #33 over at Cardz TV.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll come back soon.

Christmas Parade

Hello and happy Thursday, I am back today to share another LO.  I used pictures taken of our daughter walking in the Christmas parade last December with the Chief of Police and the Young Adult Police Commissioners.  I used sketch inspiration from sketch #146 over at Sketch N Scrap, I still need to add the journaling.  I really like this sketch and I will probably use it again soon! The pattern paper came from the Recollections Festiva hot buy paper pad, the snowflake stickers are from Recollections, the police car was cut using the Everyday Paper Doll Cricut cartridge and the mittens and scarf came from the Winter Woodland cartridge.  Thank you for visiting and I hope you'll come back soon.

I love You

Hello and happy Wednesday, more seasonal temps with some areas receiving sleet resulting in delays.  Today we are still celebrating Esperanza; today's project share is the Valentine's Day card that I will be giving to my daughter.  I created the card last Friday during the Friday Night Chat over at Scraps of Color.   I cut the dress using the CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge and the heart buttons have been in my stash for so long I don't remember where I got them (they may be Recollections) and the stamp used for the sentiment is from Studio G.  I am sharing this card for the Valentine Cards or Treats challenge over at Pause Dream Enjoy.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.

Happy 17th Esperanza

Hello and happy Tuesday, seasonal temps in our area today.   Happy 17th birthday to our baby girl.  Today's project share is one of the cards that I made her for her birthday.  I used one of the drop-in Stephanie Bernard Sizzix dies which I picked up last week at HL from the big clearance sale.  The die cuts an A2 size card which meant I also had to pull out another unused toy (that had been sitting for over 2 years).  Since I didn't have a set of the extended plates  to use with my Cuttlebug or Big Kick so I finally unboxed my Cut 'n' Boss that I had to have a few years back!  The patten paper is from one of the Recollections hot buy pads and the heart shaped shades came from HL too.  Thank you for your visit, have a terrific Tuesday!

Celebrating Esperanza

It's Monday and I'm back with my second post for the day since I'm celebrating baby girl this week on my blog.  I am sharing my planner LO for this week, where I got to use my Happy Planner punch for the first time and I love it!  Tomorrow is baby girl's 17th birthday and tomorrow I will share one of the cards that I made for her!  Take care and I hope you'll come back again soon.

Happy Birthday Monica

Hello and happy Monday, seasonal temps and sunshine after rain yesterday.  The schools had a two hour delay due to numerous accidents caused by black ice, thankful we got to our destination without any problems this morning.  I am suppose to be celebrating my daughter this week but I failed to share this post on Saturday so I'll be doing two posts today.  This first project is a  card  that I created for my SIL Monica, her birthday was Saturday.  I created this card using some TH distress ink and a Teresa Collins stencil.  Sketch inspiration came from the  Clean and Simple Stamping blog, the sentiment is from Hampton Arts.  I'm sharing this card for the clean and simple birthday challenge over at Always Happy Birthday and the anything goes challenge #33 over at Cardz TV. Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a marvelous Monday.

You're Spec-tacular

Hello and happy Friday, started off cloudy but the sun is trying to come out.  Yesterday we had some mild temps but they are more seasonal today.  Today I am sharing the Valentine card that I put together for my son, the sentiment says it all.  I used challenge #354 from Try Stampin' on Tuesday for inspiration.  I used more pattern paper from the Be Mine paper pad along with some Queen & Co. Jellies and a stamp that I picked up from Micheals last year or maybe two years ago.  I'm also sharing this card for the Anything Goes Challenge #33 over at Cardz TV.  Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
