Wednesday Musings

Hello and happy Wednesday, nice temps and no rain in today's forecast.  Today I am sharing a card created using inspiration form  Tuesday Morning Sketches #456, pattern paper from one of my favorite Nicole pads, some Bling It adhesive nail heads, and a cut from the Old West Cricut cartridge.  I even used some of my Mister Huey's color mist, not sure you can see it in the picture!  I'm also sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge # 50 over at Cardz TV.    Thank you for your visit and I hope you'll come back again soon.

First Day of School

This LO is of DD on the first day of school, I adapted this LO from a layout in the Annie's Attic Scrapbooking With Cricut book. I'm still not convinced that this book was a good investment but since I used a coupon I won't complain. I like how the LO came out and it didn't take me long to put it together once I selected the paper. I can never really share specific details because I always use a 'hodge podge' of paper stacks, single sheets and misc. stuff that were previously purchased. I can say that I used the Old West cartridge for 2010 and Don Juan for the 1st Day!

Pumpkin Pickin'

I'm having a good time trying to complete at least one LO a week which about all I can sneak in right now! This is a LO that I completed of DD choosing her pumpkins last year! The LO was inspired by a LO posted in an old quarterly Scrapbooking magazine sold at HL. I used the cricut cartridges Simply Charmed and Old West for the first time so of course I was happy.
