One For the Birds

Trying to keep up with all of these scrappin' challenges and life challenges can take a toll.  Hello and Happy Monday, the weekend goes by way too fast!  We had a busy but fun weekend!  Today I'm sharing a card that I made for the blog challenge listed over on Scraps of Color.  The challenge was to use a bird on your project so I made a card  for someone that recently got a promotion on their job.  I'm still scrappin' my stash, even used my cuttlebug, the bird was cut from the heritage cricut cartridge and Congrats from the cindy loo cartridge.  Thank you for stopping by and have a great week.

Gratitude Journal

As previously stated I started this journal last June and have yet to finish. I'm determined to be done by the end of this month. I am thankful for books and air conditioning on days 24 and 25 of last June. I have five more pages to complete

First T-Shirt

Photobucket
I made this t-shirt for my daughter to wear at one of our family reunions. Although it isn't personalized with the family name, it is uniquely hers with her name on the back! I'm so proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone! I used my cricut to cut the vinyl. A very special thank you to Nubian from the cricut board for her inspiration and assistance.

Sisters

Photobucket
I completed this LO on NSD, I used a picture of me and my youngest sister. She probably won't be so happy that I posted it on my blog. I used flowers from a goodie bag that I received at our NSD crop, thanks Shalyn!
