Fall Soccer

This is another LO to be included in DD's 3rd grade album and it is also my third completed 2010 LO! This was her first year playing on a much larger field and with bigger kids although they are all generally the same age. They had fun despite having to play in the rain and or cold several times.

Happy New Year

I'm posting my first completed LO for 2010; although I have quite a few that have been started this is the first one that started and completed. It is one of my DD and one of her friends at a costume/birthday party last year. The party included a walk down the runway!

Season's Greetings

I completed this LO for the December challenge over at Scraps of Color. December's colorful challenge included the usage of red, green, black and gold. The title and flower are cuts from the Winter Woodland cartridge. This picture was used on our holiday cards too!

Snow Storm

We're snowed in today, we received about 8 inches over night and it is currently sleeting. I took this picture last night just before I went up to bed for the night. I was suppose to take my car in this morning to be serviced so I guess I need to call and reschedule for one day next week since I don't plan on going out at all today. I'm spending my day doing household chores and hopefully I'll get to scrap some too.

Secret Santa Gifts

I'm celebrating along with other scrappin' sistas our secret santa gift exchange challenge hosted on SistasScrapToo. As you can see I received some nice goodies! Thank you Shelia who lives here in Virginia, I sent my gift to a scrappin' sista in Ohio.

Twister

I completed this LO as part of a challenge over at Urban Scrappers. It was a sketch provided by one of the members and the host/owner of Scraps of Color. The LO is one of my DD and two of her cousins playing twister on Thanksgiving Day.

Student of the Week

DD is student of the week this week so she is more than happy being showcased. This is her with her completed poster which will be on display in her classroom. She chose to use a wide variety of mostly recent pictures with the exception of our family picture taken Thanksgiving 2005.
