Today we are mourning the loss but celebrating the life of one of my dear cousins. Our family has really suffered some losses within the last few years but we have tried not to dwell on it because death is inevitable. Today I am sharing an 8x8 LO that I put together using a picture that I found in one of my grandmother's albums. I took the polaroid to the store and made a few prints and made gifts for two of my cousins. The picture was taken during a time when our life events weren't documented but the importance of family has always been strong which is one of the values that I strive to instill in my own children. I did purchase a few items for this project including the memory frame.

Sending my love and condolences Treva. You and your family have definitely been tested during the last several years. I admire your strength and courage. And your ability to be creative during moments when you are not feeling your best.
