Last 2 Standing

Wow, where does the time go?  The days seem to go by so fast, so much to do and so little time! Today I am sharing another LO for Baby Girl's high school album, I won't make my goal of having the album completed for her trunk party; maybe by the time she leaves for school next month.  This picture was taken during the culminating event for the Young Adult Police Commissioners, they started out with seventeen students and for whatever reason the year ended with just these two!  The pattern piece of paper  and brads came from the DCWV high school  line, The lettering and wood veneer pieces have been in my stash for a long time and I used the Creative Memories This & That Cricut cartridge to cut the arrow.  I am sharing this project for the Anything Goes challenge #118 over at Always Fun challenges and Cardz TV #93.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you'll return soon.

Christmas Parade

Hello and happy Thursday, I am back today to share another LO.  I used pictures taken of our daughter walking in the Christmas parade last December with the Chief of Police and the Young Adult Police Commissioners.  I used sketch inspiration from sketch #146 over at Sketch N Scrap, I still need to add the journaling.  I really like this sketch and I will probably use it again soon! The pattern paper came from the Recollections Festiva hot buy paper pad, the snowflake stickers are from Recollections, the police car was cut using the Everyday Paper Doll Cricut cartridge and the mittens and scarf came from the Winter Woodland cartridge.  Thank you for visiting and I hope you'll come back soon.

Sunday Musings

Hello and happy Sunday, the holiday weekend is winding down and I must say I haven't done as much as I had planned!  Oh well there's always today to try to get some things done after church.  I am happy to share that I finally got to work on another LO.  The sketch inspiration came from another one of the challenges posted on the Sketch N Scrap  Bountiful Blessings FB online crop. I used papers from the Authentique Accomplished Collection paper pad,  embellishments and lettering from my stash.  I  cut the camera with my SLICE, I had a hard time taking a picture of the LO, it really looks better in person!  Take care and I hope you will come back soon.
