CIU #188 Tic-Tac-Toe

Hello and happy Friday, hope you had a good Thanksgiving.  Today's project share is my latest design team project for the Cut iIt Up challenge blog.  Our sponsor for challenge #188 is  Stinkin' Cute Paper Piercings and the theme is to create a project using a provided tic-tac-toe board.

I created another signature simple  holiday card using sketch inspiration from Try Stampin' on Tuesday #435.  The papers came paper from the My Mind's Eye Cozy Christmas 6x6 paper pad,  added a button with a twine bow and a sentiment and the card was done!  I cut the sentiment using my SLICE machine, I still really like it but some of the little cartridges have started to fall apart.

I hope you will head over to the Cut It Up challenge blog where you will see the tic-tac-toe board where I used a sketch, my favorite color and a button (diagonal) for my card and more great inspiration from the design team.  Join us by sharing your project for a chance to win a gift certificate from Stinkin' Cute Paper Piercings.  The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at noon EST.

Thank you for your visit, enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend.  I hope you will return soon.

Thankful for Friends

Hello and happy Tuesday, it has been a few days since I shared.  My daughter has been home since Friday so we have been busy catching up.  Today's project share is a card created using primarily paper scraps from my stash and sketch inspiration from card sketch #158 from Sketch N Scrap.  I was quite pleased with the way this card came out, I used an unbranded die for the cup and a Stampin' Up stamp for the sentiment.  I am also sharing this card for challenge #485 - Thankful over at Use Your Stuff and challenge #409 - So Thankful over at Shopping Our Stash and the Thankful giveaway over at Migdalia's Crafts.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you'll return soon.  Wishing you and yours a wonderfully blessed holiday.

Sending Big Hugs

Hello and happy Wednesday, more seasonal temps in today's forecast.  So much has been going on that I haven't even had time to process and or share but I'm just trying to be thankful and not complain.  Today's project share is a card that I created for one of my scrappin' besties that recently suffered an unexpected loss.  Although it is one of my signature clean and simple cards, I really like how it came out.  I used the Calm & Loving stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps, my stamp positioner and some dimensional adhesive before adding the layer to the card base.  I'm sure I'll be using this stamp set again soon as it has lots of sentiments.  I'm sharing this card for the November challenge over at the Love to Craft challenge blog.

Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and that you'll return soon.

Joy

Hello Monday afternoon,  cloudy outside as the sun is setting; I am back to share my second blog post of the day.  It is another Christmas card and I have yet to finish my Fall/Thanksgiving cards.  I still need to make two sympathy/thinking of you cards and one birthday card this week.  I created this card and I am sharing it for one of the card challenge being hosted over at Soul Scrappers, challenge #6 was to include nativity as part of your card, I used one of my Silhouette files.  The file itself makes such a statement so I decided to only add a few layers not to add any embellishments.  This particular file is one of  my favorites.

Thank you for your visit, I hope you'll return soon.

Congratulations

Hello and happy cool Monday.  I am back today with a quick drive by post sharing a card that I made for someone expecting their first child.  I used sketch inspiration from CAS(E) #348, papers from the Echo Park Bundle of Joy  6x6 paper pad, used my SLICE machine to cut the onesie (added a wood veneer heart) and a stamped sentiment and this card was done.  I am sharing this card for the Cardz TV Anything Goes challenge #102.

Thank you for your visit, wishing you and yours a wonderful week.

CIU #187 - Celebrating Fall

Hello and happy Friday, more cold temps in the forecast.  I am back today to share my latest design team project for the Cut it Up challenge blog.  Celebrating Fall is the theme for challenge #187 and our sponsor is The Cutting Cafe.

Today's project share is another one where I struggled as I really wanted to do something different.  The jar of apples and sentiment is ffrom The Cutting Cafe, the wood grain paper and twine came from my stash;  I colored the apples with my color pencils, made the sentiment into a tag and added some wink of stellar to the top(not really visible in the picture).

I hope you will head over to the Cut it Up challenge blog for more Celebrate Fall inspiration, create and share your project using a die for a chance to win some files from our sponsor.  The challenge starts today and ends Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at noon EST.

Thank you for your visity, wishing you and yours a wonderful weekend.
