Sunday Musings

Hello Sunday, a new week and almost time to get back to work!  It has been raining all weekend so I haven't been as productive! I am doing a quick drive by post as I meant to share yesterday but time just got away.  I created this Father's Day card using sketch inspiration from Atlantic Hearts challenge #577 and papers from two of the DCWV paper stacks.  The sentiment and the hat are from two different Fun Stampers Journey stamp sets, finished by adding some Recollections gems.

Thank you for your visit, continue to be safe and hurry back soon.

Friday Musings

Hello Friday, this week has been a struggle but I'm trying to stay positive and keep pressing.  So much going on that I am not really in the holiday mood because I don't feel well.  Today's card was created for this week's #craftydares that is hosted over on IG,  the dare was to use splatter, 2024 and crafter's choice. I used a siliver piece of paper for the base, paint splattered the black layer and used some Paper Studio letters for the sentiment and a Sizzix die set for the rectangle and numbers.  It's hard see because of the splatters but I did add some tiny star embellishments too.  I am sharing this card for the Anything Goes challenge #737 over at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Thank you for your visit, continue to stay safe and hug your love ones a little tighter this holiday season.  Take care and hurry back soon.

December Memory Dex Card

Hello and happy Wednesday, today I am doing a quick drive by post to share my last monthly memory dex card for 2023.  I am in a dilemma as the year is ending and I have to make a few purchases because I'm going into 2024 on a no craft spending plan; the only exception being adhesive!  I have way too much stuff and I must use it or part with it! I created this project using two items that I had never used before.  The gingerbread die is from Momenta and was added to my stash last year and the pattern paper is from a pack that which I received in the mail on Monday from winning a giveaway on YT.  I'm sharing this project over on the NBUS challenge #56 for the second time this month!

Thank you for your visit, continue to be safe and hurry back soon!
